Overview
MGSB electromagnetic hanging beam semi-gantry crane is an indispensable heavy material handling equipment in modern steel metallurgy, metal processing, scrap steel recycling, port terminals, large warehouses and other fields. Core structure
Asymmetric legs: The core symbol of dddhhhsemi-gantrydddhhh, one side of the high leg runs on the track, and the other side of the low leg is supported on the ground to adapt to special sites.
Electromagnetic hanging beam integration: Replace the traditional hook, the hanging beam provides stable support and power supply path for the electromagnet.
Rigid structure: The main beam, legs and hanging beam must have sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure the stability of lifting, especi ally when the electromagnet sucks and releases materials instantly, the impact is large.
Dedicated power supply system: The complex rectification, control and power-off protection system is the key to the safety of electromagnetic cranes.
Power supply for moving parts: Reliable solutions (such as cable drums, drag chains, busbars) are needed to power the moving trolleys and lifting electromagnets.

Span: The distance between the center lines of the tracks at both ends of the crane main beam (the semi-gantry type needs to consider the track position on the high leg side and the support point position on the low leg side).
Lifting height: The maximum distance from the bottom of the electromagnet to the ground.
Duty class: Determined according to the frequency of use and load status (such as A5, A6).
